I am a Rural Manager with over 15 years experience.
I was educated at Institute for Rural Management, Anand (IRMA - www.irma.ac.in)
I currently work for Akshara-Gurukulam. (www.aksharakriti.org)
My expertise is in the fields of livelihoods analysis, design and implementation of livelihoods projects. Other areas
of my expertise are participation, community organisation around livelihoods, and monitoring. I also have experience in training
in the above fields.
